It was a lovely experience day just small attention to detail let the place down. Our massages were absolutely wonderful! A great selection and well priced for the quality! My partners massage was however cut short by 15 mins, maybe playing catch-up for the lost time with the alarm.
Had a spa experience bought for us and we used at this site, upon arrival there was a fire drill being done which is understandable but also quite concerning, before even getting to reception there was a queue as guests were complaining they weren’t informed of fire alarm as it didn’t go off in the pool/spa area which is alarming.
